Is Seville part of a Homeowners Association?
Yes. You will become part of the Paradiso HOA which maintains your overall neighborhood. The monthly dues are $176 which contribute to the maintenance of interior and perimeter landscaping, two gated entries and private streets.

The Paradiso community benefits from having 12 acres of landscaped open space and walking paseos that enhances quiet and comfortable living in the community. There is a landscaped green belt in the center of the project featuring walking and exercise paths and a park like setting to sit back and relax. There is also a children's playground.
How many residences will be in the Community?
When complete, Paradiso will have a total 410 single family homes. Currently, 233 have been completed, leaving 177 homes remaining to be built and sold.
Which school district are Seville homes located in?
The public-school jurisdiction is Desert Sands Unified School District. Elementary (Richard Olephant) , middle (Deseret Ridge Academy MS) and high school (Shadow Hills HS) are all close by. There are also several private school options.
How many floorplans and elevations will be available?
Seville will offer three one and two- story floor plans, each with two elevations per home. Open great room floor plans, boasting covered patios for indoor/outdoor connectivity and living offer flexibility for families to enjoy the desert lifestyle.
What are the sizes of the homes?
The three floor plans will range from 2,101 to 2,729 SF of living space with four and five three bedrooms, and three and four bathrooms. All plans offer large rear covered patios, covered front entry porch, 9' ceilings, 8' doors with two car tandem and three car garages on private pool sized lots with masonry property line walls.
What is the Tax Rate at Seville?
The property tax rate at Seville is 1.21%. There are NO MELLO-ROOS although each property within Paradiso is subject to certain public facility and services district levies. Examples include sanitation, vector control the local recreation district.
Do homeowners own the land?
Yes, ownership is "fee simple" which means you own the land.
Is landscaping included?
Front yard landscape, irrigation and hardscape (driveways and walks) are included in the purchase of your new home.
Will Seville co-operate with outside brokers?
We will work with your broker if you have one. We only require that Brokers register their clients at the initial showing or inquiry. No exceptions.
